In order to have an objective non conflicting game called it’s time for the NBA to have an outside source manage and employ NBA officials. Having the commissioner and NBA officials involved just creates a deeper conflict of interest. The NBA should manage their rules and have this outside source implement them. In this scenario there will be no inside influence and hopefully will make for better officiating.

If the NBA continues on this path of extremely poor officiating they are going to loose a lot of their fans. We all want consistency for every game. There is too much interpretation being used. The NBA officails are a joke. They all need to go into retraining and be taught how to officiate an honest consistent game. It becoming a joke to watch NBA basketball! No second-half comebacks needed for this Laker game, unlike game 1 they took care of business from the start.

This game was all Los Angeles Lakers, just in case the Lakers' resounding 101-71 victory over the San Antonio Spurs didn't drive home the point Friday at Staples Center. The Lakers lead the entire game and never let up on San Antonio.
